Vyserranix SRL attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy describes which data we collect when you visit our website vyserranix.com or subscribe to our newsletter, for which purposes we use these data and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018.
1. Data controller
Vyserranix SRL, with registered office at Avenue Louise 480, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0793.412.508, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. 2. Which data do we collect?
We only collect data that you provide to us yourself through the newsletter subscription form (first name and email address) and technical data automatically generated during your visit (IP address, browser type, operating system, language preference, pages visited and timestamps).
3. Purposes of the processing
Your data are processed in order to send you our newsletter, project announcements and relevant market information, to ensure the operation and security of the website, to compile statistics on the use of the website and to comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your explicit consent (article 6.1.a GDPR) for receiving marketing communications, on our legitimate interest in the operation and security of the website (article 6.1.f GDPR) and on legal obligations (article 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter. When you unsubscribe, your data are deleted within 30 days, except for legal retention obligations. Technical log data are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
6. Transfer to third parties
We do not transfer your data to third parties, except to carefully selected processors who support us (hosting, email delivery, analytics) and who are contractually bound to strict confidentiality. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place only with appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your personal data. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to privacy@vyserranix.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure, including TLS encryption, access management and regular security audits.
